Follow step by step:-
1)download vnap browser
2)go to option of that browser and click on fq and type this 0.facebook.com/cgi-bin/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.pl/o10000/http/
3)enable proxy -66.116.196.251 and port 80
4)click on save and here it goes like a rocket speed browsing.apn is smartnet
5)for download using idm - go to proxy - add 66.116.196.251 and 80 to all http,https,ftp and dont forget intregate vnap to idm
PROBLEMS -
